Global Investment Manager

Our consultancy partnered with a global investment firm to spearhead a comprehensive private markets digital transformation initiative.

A framework for evaluating and selecting technology vendors was introduced, accompanied by a future-state architectural roadmap and operating model design. This strategic approach laid the foundation for the introduction of a private markets data platform and facilitated the successful deployment of multiple specialised private market systems.

This included the deployment of Allvue and eFront Insight for enhanced private credit and private equity portfolio management and analytics, Canoe for leveraging machine learning in alternative investment data processing, and Qashqade for carried interest calculations.

The transformation also extended to real estate, where we automated reporting processes for both internal stakeholders and clients improving the quality and timeliness of information.

The digital transformation strategy resulted in streamlined operations through automation, enhanced the scalability of operational processes, improved data management and analytics capabilities, and modernized the technology stack supporting private market investments.
